Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. Launches Wholly Owned Subsidiary, NM Rebate Inc. to Complement Core LED Lighting Segment

~ Launch of Rebate Division is Expected to Boost Sales and Margins as Program will Offset the Cost of LED Product Installation ~

ONTARIO, Calif., Oct. 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: NMHI) ("Nature's Miracle" or the "Company"), a leader in vertical farming technology and infrastructure, today announced it has launched a wholly owned subsidiary, NM Rebate Inc., to facilitate the Company's energy rebate financing segment.

Due to the Inflation Reduction Act, many utility companies offer rebates to commercial customers who upgrade to more energy efficient lighting, such as LED lights. These rebates can help offset the initial cost of installation and future electric bills. They can also apply to new construction and upgrades, and even LED replacements.

NM Rebate is a complementary business to Nature's Miracle's core business as a distributor of LED lights to the commercial vertical farming space. Within the structure of the rebate program, the Company partners with financial institutions to provide rebate financing for commercial indoor growers across the country.

James Li, CEO of Nature's Miracle, commented, "We are excited to announce Nature's Miracle will provide our North American commercial vertical farming customers with additional rebate support through the institution of a funded energy rebate division as our owned subsidiary, NM Rebate Inc."

He added, "As the cost of energy increases, a discerning commercial vertical farming business will weigh expense reductions that improve bottom line performance though are subject to longer term headwinds to top line growth. NM Rebate Inc. offers a unique energy rebate program as a solution for our commercial LED lighting customers that incentivizes the broad use of energy-efficient lighting, reduces capex and drives output in the vertical farming market.  As leaders and visionaries in the space, we look forward to seeing meaningful growth and providing our customers the ability to take advantage of our government's rebate incentive programs."
