Yum China CEO Joins Boao Forum's Women Leaders Roundtable

SHANGHAI, April 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Ms. Joey Wat, CEO of Yum China Holdings, Inc. (the "Company" or "Yum China") (NYSE: YUMC) was part of the Women Leaders Roundtable at this year's Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018. Held in Boao, Hainan on April10, the roundtable discussion covered topics including the role women play in boosting economic and social development, and practical approaches to promoting gender equality.

As of the end of 2017, Yum China employed over 270,000 women, representing nearly 61.5% percent of all employees, and the Company continues to make great strides in nurturing talented female leaders across all management levels. Currently 6 out of the 13 members of Yum China's Leadership Team are women.
