A new report from South Korea claims that Samsung may be launching a new fast charger alongside the Galaxy S21 in January 2021.

Korean blog site Naver shared that Samsung is working on a new 30W fast charger for the Galaxy S21 models and it will be sold separately. It is unclear why Samsung is developing a 30W fast charger when it is already offering a 45W charger.

While previous reports suggest that there will be no charger bundled with the Galaxy S21, Naver says it is not the case. Samsung will ship a 25W charger for the Galaxy S21 in some markets.

The blog also reiterates that S Pen support is only available for the Galaxy S21 Ultra and the stylus will be sold as an optional accessory. In addition, Samsung is expected to launch at least two cases that can house the S Pen for the Galaxy S21 Ulra.

Samsung is rumoured to be announcing the Galaxy S21 in mid January with retail availability at the end of the month.
