The pre-order gift
Interested buyers who have pre-ordered the S20 would be eligible to receive a complimentary set of Galaxy Buds+ (worth $268), upon full payment for and collection of their pre-order. Those who did so at a Samsung Experience store were able to purchase The Samsung Concierge Care Pack at $48 that offered a suite of premium value-added services, such as 1-to-1 device exchange within 30 days and 50 per cent savings for a one-time out of warranty repair, to provide consumers peace of mind by keeping their Samsung Galaxy device in tip-top condition.
Launch promo gifts this time round
Starting from 6 March, customers can get to enjoy exclusive discounts and additional accessories with purchase of the Galaxy S20 or S20+ depending on certain terms and conditions at purchase and while stocks last.
Samsung says buyers who purchase the phones tomorrow will not receive the Galaxy Buds. But those who buy the phone at a Samsung Experience Store will able to receive the Concierge Service while other customers can purchase the Concierge service for $48 by visiting an Experience store.
