Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung has landed in Singapore, but this time, it's not for leisure.
Cecilia is in town presumably in preparation for her guest appearance at this year's Star Awards on Sunday (April 14).
The star, who has been posting on social media with renewed vigour in recent months, shared a photo on Weibo yesterday, "Time for work, good luck to me!"
And in a series of Instagram stories the same day, a camera followed the 38-year-old at the Hong Kong International Airport going through the boarding process.
While in Singapore, food is definitely the first order of business for Cecilia and her companions.
Photos on her social media accounts on Friday (April 12) show the actress digging into what looks like a meal of roasted meat rice while others at the table ordered bak kut teh.
No fancy meals and Michelin-starred restaurants needed for this celebrity.
The lunch venue appears to be a dingy kopitiam at Balestier, known for stalls selling roasted duck rice and mushroom minced meat noodles.
The mother-of-three looked like her usual youthful self, dressed casually in khaki from head-to-toe, with a cap and shades.
But we're guessing (and hoping) Ceci will be turning it up on the red carpet this Sunday, else we'd be disappointed.
