It's been 12 years and finally, we get a whiff of what's cooking in the pot for Jack Neo's iconic film series Money No Enough.
More celebrities have taken to Instagram Live as a way of engaging fans and their peers during a time when everyone has to remain indoors.
However, a surprise awaited those who tuned in to Jack's live video chat with fellow actor-comedian Mark Lee. In their session last Saturday (April 18) night, Jack dropped details about the sequel to his 2008 hit film Money No Enough 2.
The 60-year-old actor-director is currently working on the script for Money No Enough 3, and the project is scheduled to enter the preparation phase later in August, with filming projected to commence in September — if Covid-19 doesn't delay their plans.
When elaborating on the third film, Jack said: "The world's views towards money have changed. The concept of money in Money No Enough 2 is different from now. Money is just a number now, you know of its existence but you don't have to touch it.
"The third film will have more fun things to talk about because there's a big change in [the concept of] money."
The duo, who have known each other for more than 30 years, also performed a few signature tunes from the film series, and 51-year-old Mark suggested that they get together for a talkshow and concert with longtime collaborator Henry Thia.

Again, that's if the Covid-19 situation in Singapore stabilises.
"It'll be a two-hour concert, we'll find a theatre that sits more than 1,000 people, and there'll only be one show. It's just the three of us, but if [getai veteran] Wang Lei has no money, we'll invite him to join us," Mark laughed.
Both Jack and Mark also updated fans on the situation at home. Jack said he misses his grandson while Mark confessed that he's doing the laundry, cooking, cleaning, and even helping his children with their home-based learning.
He joked: "Now I'm teaching my kids, but I tell them not to learn from Daddy because it's all wrong."
