During this trying time of self-quarantine and isolation, celebrities and singers have taken to livestreams to perform and sing.
Of course, that's not forgetting all the coronavirus anthems that have popped up since the outbreak, which seek to celebrate frontline workers and unify everyone under a message of 'we're all in this together'.
While those anthems underscore the theme of unity, no one has done it quite so subtly as homegrown songstress Tanya Chua. The 45-year-old Singaporean, who is based in Taiwan, shared a new composition on March 25 and we have to say, it's a ditty that's quite the 'earworm'.

The song encapsulates Tanya's experience and feelings while self-quarantined, and also threw in a public service announcement about the do's and dont's during this period. She sang of "catching up on many episodes of Korean dramas", and asked the virus to go away because the self-isolation "stifles creativity" and makes "people go crazy".
She also washes her hands regularly, wears a mask and practices social distancing to the point where her food delivery is placed outside the door as "no one is allowed to enter [the home]".
Her brilliant work and jazzy vocals captivated viewers who dubbed her "Goddess" in the comments and some also pointed out that the song was so relatable.
But what also stole the show was her cat lazing on the couch in the background. Numerous viewers cheekily admitted that their attention was stolen by the fluffy feline which was cleaning itself.
Some fans also left comments telling her that they couldn't wait to watch her concert. Tanya was supposed to hold a concert in Taipei in May, however, it was postponed in light of the current Covid-19 pandemic.
At least she's gracing us with new performances and this one is such a hit that we want the whole darn song.
