Cybercrime and murder: Is All really Well in Channel 8's upcoming blockbuster drama?

Cybercrime and murder: Is All really Well in Channel 8's upcoming blockbuster drama?

Will we be seeing veteran Taiwanese TV host Pauline Lan fall in love with Singaporean actor Romeo Tan? Well, onscreen at least.

Taiwan will meet Singapore in Channel 8's upcoming drama "All is Well". A project by Mediacorp and Taiwan production house, Eightgeman, the blockbuster drama promises tales of murder, romance and cybercrimes based on a real-life ATM hacking incident which happened in Taiwan in 2016. Spanning 40 episodes, half of the series is based in Singapore while the other is based in Taiwan.

In a lensing ceremony held at the regal Grand Hotel in Taipei on Tuesday (Jan 15), the production boasted a star-studded cast featuring prominent Taiwan actors Blue Lan, Liu Kuan-Ting and actress Joanne Tseng as well as local stars like Elvin Ng, Desmond Tan, Sheila Sim and Zoe Tay.

In fact, our favourite stars could not resist snapping a few shots for the 'gram.
