Jacqueline Wong finally appeared in the public eye, 11 days after she was caught canoodling with Andy Hui in the backseat of a car.
The TVB actress was spotted stepping out of the Los Angeles International Airport on Friday morning (April 26) with a female companion.
In a video clip published by Apple Daily Hong Kong, the 30-year-old was seen dressed in a black sweater and khaki pants. She also wore a black cap and grey mask which covered nearly 80 per cent of her face.
But her attempt to go incognito failed as eagle-eyed reporters spotted her when her cap fell off.
On her way to the taxi stand, Jacqueline was bombarded with questions such as "Are you staying in America until the scandal blows over?" and "Are you still together with Kenneth?"
She did not make any comments, kept her head lowered, and hurried to catch her ride with a suitcase in tow.
Meanwhile, Jacqueline's friend told reporters that the actress "will not be saying anything" before the pair left on a taxi.
According to insider news, Jacqueline managed to evade Hong Kong paparazzi by first staying with her sister in Macau, then hopping on a transit flight in the Philippines before touching down in the United States.
The actress' whereabouts had been a mystery since her affair with the 51-year-old singer was exposed on April 16.
She was previously rumoured to have returned to Canada while a magazine recently released photos of "Jacqueline" crying in her home in Hong Kong.
