A total of 15 eateries Michelin-starred and Bib Gourmand eateries will be rolling out their specialities at The Coliseum in Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) on the Easter long weekend.
This event, held for the second time, will showcase a range of local hawker and zi char fare, plus Japanese, Indian and French creations.
What's great about this food festival is that you won't have to travel to different areas in Singapore to join the long queues at the respective stalls just to have a bite.
Establishments taking part include the ever popular Man Man Unagi which will present its signature una-don (char-grilled unagi served with Japanese rice), and local favourite New Ubin Seafood which will offer its robust Heart Attack Fried Rice - succulent steak with a sinful but satisying fried rice tossed with trimmed beef fat. Round off with a steamed Malay coconut and gula Melaka dessert by Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring.
Other local food outlets at this delicious event include one-Michelin-starred Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle, Char, Keng Eng Kee Seafood, Maguro-Donya, Bismillah Biryani, 168 CMY Satay, Wah Kee Big Prawn Noodles, and Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao.
You can also look out for local creations such as Singapore-style ramen by A Noodle Story, and durian chendol by Blue Ginger. During the three days, top restaurants such as three Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant will be offering freshly-baked breads and desserts, and one-star Song of India will present naans paired with butter chicken.
All the participating establishments will showcase their most popular signature dishes at value-for-money prices starting from S$3.
First seating: 6pm to 8pm
Second seating: 8.30pm to 10.30pm
