Find yourself reaching for snacks a lot more during this WFH period? It's only natural since we can no longer turn to a colleague for a chat when we need a break.

But just because there's a valid excuse doesn't mean you should give yourself free rein over your snack options-it's exactly because you're cooped up at home now that you should munch on healthy ones if you just just need to do something.

Here's a list of healthy and yummy things to pick up on your next supermarket run.

Almonds

A handful of almonds lowers not only blood sugar, but also blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Carrots

Munch on this for beautiful skin. Carrots are also known to prevent cancer and reduce signs of ageing.
