GE2025: PSP fields newcomer Stephanie Tan as candidate for Pioneer SMC
Newcomer Stephanie Tan, 37, will be the Progress Singapore Party’s (PSP) candidate for Pioneer SMC.
The full-time homemaker is set to contest against the People’s Action Party’s Patrick Tay who won 61.98 per cent of the votes in the 2020 General Election.
Tan, who holds a law degree, began her legal career at Rajah & Tan before joining the Ministry of Law as its Associate Director for Legal Policy. She later became legal counsel for Mindef.
