Roborock's latest Q Revo is now available in Singapore and Malaysia

Roborock's latest Q Revo is now available in Singapore and Malaysia

Two months ago, Roborock, creators of some of the most innovative smart home cleaning devices launched its S8 Series of robot vacuum cleaners that were very impressive, especially the S8 Pro Ultra. However, Roborock has raised the bar once again with the Q Revo that is now available in Malaysia and Singapore.

The Q Revo is an all-in-one vacuum and mop device which features the company’s first-ever dual-spinning mop system with a spinning speed of 200RPM. On top of that, the mops also press down on the surface to effectively clean the most stubborn of stains. As the Q Revo is able to mop and vacuum simultaneously, the mops will automatically lift up 7mm off the ground into the chassis to ensure that it will not damage carpets and leave dirty streaks behind.

On the subject of vacuuming, the Q Revo has a suction power of 5,500Pa which should deal with even the finest of dirt and dust. Its all-rubber brush also eliminates fabric, fur and hair tangles that usually get caught up in between the wheels and hampers the movement of the vacuum. Another benefit of the all-rubber brush is that it can easily adapt to uneven surfaces.

Speaking of uneven surfaces, the Q Revo also uses the same innovative PreciSense LiDAR Navigation system combined with the Reactive 3D Obstacle Avoidance system that helps map out your house or office six times faster and avoids potential hazards. Other neat features of the Q Revo include the ability to set up cleaning schedules and routines, voice control that works with Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri Shortcuts and Google Home and 30per cent faster charging.

Last but not least, the Q Revo also comes with the all-new maintenance-free multifunction dock that makes life a whole easier due to its hands-free cleaning of the Q Revo. The only part you will need to clean with your hands is the detachable base. The dock essentially performs these operations for you:

  • Self-washing: The mop pads are spun and scrubbed along the base of the dock to keep them clean after each run.
  • Self-drying: The mop pads are dried using warm air at a temperature of 45 degrees Celsius to prevent the growth of mould and unpleasant odours.
  • Self-emptying: The dock is able to hold up to 2.7L of dirt and dust, which ideally means you will not have to empty it for up to seven weeks.
  • Self-refilling:  The dock has a 5L water tank that will fill up the Q Revo automatically for a max mopping range of up to 400sqm (4,305sqft).

The Roborock Q Revo can be purchased from the brand’s official Shopee (SG)/Shopee (MY) and Lazada (SG)/Lazada (MY) stores. Roborock currently has a promotion for the Q Revo and it is now priced at $1,299.90 instead of the original price of $2,199.
