Ryan Hui, son of Cantopop legend Sam Hui, would like all his fans to know that he's doing A-Okay.
Last November, the singer-songwriter revealed through Instagram that he went for a check-up after detecting blood in his urine. A visit to the doctor subsequently revealed that he had a tumour in his bladder.
Thankfully, according to his caption, the cancer was found to be in its early stages and the tumour was removed quickly.
Ending off his post, the father-of-two described the experience as "life changing" and cautioned followers to get anomalies with their bodies "looked at right away".

In an Instagram update today (Feb 22), Ryan posted a photo of himself decked out in hospital garb.

"Three month post bladder cancer check this afternoon. Everything is clear! So far, so good. Thanks for all the thoughts & prayers," the caption reads.
Instagram Stories of his day show that he is at the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital.
Ryan's father Sam is a veteran singer and widely considered to be the first-ever major Cantopop star -- some of his most famous tunes include From The Heart Of A Loafer and Tsim Sha Tsui Susie.
In December, father and son performed alongside fellow Cantopop great Alan Tam at the Singapore Indoor Stadium to a sold-out crowd.
