It's Mrs Kueh's birthday and she's invited everyone to celebrate!

A classy affair hosted at The Dempsey Project, Mrs Kueh's English Afternoon Tea ($32) brings together everything we love about tea time delights and the kuehs we hold dear.

On the court of English specialties is a selection of mini sandwiches, creamy scones and citrusy pastries accompanied by pandan kueh salat, putri ayu with kaya, kueh kosui and purple ondeh ondeh. Wash it all down with Darjeeling tea or a glass of champagne with a $20 supplement.

There's no party like a Mortadella Party at Caffe Fernet

For one day only, enjoy free flow mortadella at Caffe Fernet when you order any of the three award-winning wines from the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna (from which mortadella also hail).

Hosted in collaboration with Italian Wine Club, pair the delicious cooked and cured ham with a sparkling rose Paltrinieri Radice Lambrusco Di Sorbara 2020 ($105).

Or consider both labels from the family owned Noelia Ricci winery, the light yet supple Bro Trebbiano 2019 ($115) with lovely minerality and the sultry Godenza Sangiovese Di Romagna Superiore 2019 ($125).

White Asparagus Season at il Cielo

Lounge atop the Singapore skyline at il Cielo's alfresco space on the 24th floor of voco Orchard Singapore. Spring has bloomed here, with an all-new seasonal featuring white asparagus at its heart.

Choose among the Vitello tonnato ($28), slow-cooked veal and tuna aioli, Risotto al Tomino ($26), Carnaroli risotto and  grilled Piedmont Tomino cheese with sweet balsamic, and Merluzzo ($45) made from almond-crusted cod fish fillet and creamy gorgonzola and bisque veloute'.

Ichigo Ichie honors partnerships with an exclusive new sake

Built on the foundations of sanpō yoshi — a Japanese business principle placing equal importance in seller, buyer and society to achieve success — Ichigo Ichie celebrates cherished partnerships by collaborating with rice farmers in Yamagata, Azumanofumoto Sake Brewery and Tōhoku University of Art & Design to launch exclusive sake, La La La 720ml ($198).

From now till June 30, 2022, diners can enjoy a complimentary glass of La La La sake when they book the sanpō yoshi menu!

Taste Latin-America with Tonito's expanded menu

At Tonito Latin American Kitchen diners can visit the regions of Mexico, Brazil and Peru without boarding a plane.

Dive into 20 new dishes in celebration of another successful year at Jewel Changi Airport, featuring stews, grilled meats as well as tacos and quesadillas to a panoramic view of the iconic HSBC Rain Vortex.

Order the Picadillo De Carne ($24), a popular Brazilian braised bean and spiced beef stew, or the soft-shelled crab atop squid ink rice of the Arroz Con Cangrejoc ($26), and wrap up your filling adventure with a Chocolate Tres Leche Cake ($12).
