Nonette, Singaporean-founded sandwich deli from Paris, hosting pop-up in Raffles Place from July to October

Back when Nonette had a collaboration with Tiong Bahru Bakery's Fort Canning branch in November 2022, they sold their first hundred banh mi within the hour.
Didn't manage to catch them then?
You'll soon have another opportunity because the popular Parisian sandwich deli is back in Singapore for another pop-up at Rasa Space in Republic Plaza from July 2 to Oct 4, said a press release on June 13.
Nonette, which was founded in Paris by Singaporean Pearlyn Lee in July 2021, is famous for its Asian-style French doughnuts and playful take on banh mi (Vietnamese-style sandwiches).
The deli's food is also a hit with local actress Sharon Au.
"This pop-up at Rasa Space is a way for us to bring a slice of Paris back to Singapore — not as something fancy or 'elevated', but as something lived," 41-year-old Pearlyn shared.
"We've spent the last few years building Nonette in the heart of the real Paris. Everything we've learned running Nonette in Paris, from the way people eat, to how Parisians hang out, to the flavours — we're bringing that energy into Rasa Space."
At the pop-up, there will be a rotating menu featuring two signature banh mi Parisien — the classic Banh Mi Jambon Beurre ($12), which is made with three types of housemade charcuterie; and the Fried Chicken Banh Mi [$12], which features Southeast Asian-spiced fried chicken and housemade sriracha mayo.
Fans of Nonette will be happy to know that the establishment's doughnuts, which have a unique Southeast Asian twist, will be available too in rotational flavours like Kaya Donut ($4) and Chilli Oil Chantilly Donut ($4)
Apart from banh mi and doughnuts, diners can look forward to a selection of bite-sized reimagined French desserts like the Tau Suan Eclair ($4), Black Sesame Eclair ($4) and Chocolate Tart ($5).
Diners who want the full Nonette experience can enjoy the Apero Box at $19++, which comes with one banh mi, one doughnuts and two eclairs. It will be available from 5pm to 8pm from Wednesdays to Fridays and 8pm to 11pm on Saturdays.
For drinks, there will be a pour list featuring Opi d'aqui, a small-batch producer from Languedoc, France.
In celebration of Singapore's 60th birthday, Nonette has also created the Singapore Sling Baba ($5), a tropical twist on the French classic baba au rhum inspired by Singapore's iconic cocktail.
The pop-up comes ahead of Nonette opening its first flagship outlet in Singapore.
This is slated to open in early 2026, and the menu is still in the works but could feature combinations inspired by local dishes, according to an article in 2024 by The Straits Times (ST).
Pearlyn, who has been based in Paris since 2016, shared with ST that she hopes to open the store in the Central Business District and that the upcoming pop-up is to help her "better understand local consumer preferences".
She also told AsiaOne that the pop-up is a way for them to test out "the feasibility of opening a brick and mortar in Singapore".
