Linda Chung and husband welcome baby boy

[UPDATE Sept 6] - It's a bouncing baby boy for Linda Chung and her husband Jeremy Leung.

The actress revealed the name of her son - Jared Anthony Leung - and shared two photos of the chubby newborn on her social media accounts.

She gave birth to the 3.57kg baby via natural delivery at home in Vancouver, Chung wrote.

Linda Chung expecting second child, to take break from acting

TVB fans, you won't be seeing Linda Chung on screen for some time in the near future.

Another baby's on the way for the actress and her husband Jeremy Leung, Hong Kong media reported last week.

The 33-year-old confirmed her second pregnancy in an Instagram post last Friday (March 2), accompanied by a family photo as well as a sonogram of her foetus.

Her 19-month-old daughter Kelly couldn't contain her excitement, exclaiming "Wow!" when she heard she's going to become a big sister, wrote Chung.

The actress said that she'll put work on the backburner for now as she prepares to welcome the new addition to the family.

Chung wrote that her contract with TVB has recently ended and thanked the TV station and staff for nurturing her since her showbiz debut at age 19.

Despite the hiatus, the actress quipped that she'll be back to "earn milk powder money" after the birth of her second child.

She married Chinese-Canadian chiropractor Leung in a lavish ceremony in Vancouver, Canada, in February 2016.
