Synopsis:
Ah Cheng (Bryan Chang) and Ah Zhi (Rhydian Vaughan) were both roommates and best friends in college. While at a school performance, Ah Cheng fell in love at first sight with Xiaoya (Michelle Chen) from the guitar club.
Ah Zhi vowed to help Ah Cheng win Xiaoya's heart. However, when Ah Cheng finally got together with Xiaoya, Ah Zhi disappeared. After graduating from university, Ah Cheng married Xiaoya and started his own business.
A few years later in the present, Ah Cheng's company faces bankruptcy due to a lack of funds. He even tries to sell Xiaoya's cake shop which she has worked hard for, putting their relationship to the test.
Unexpectedly, Ah Zhi appears with an unusual offer. He will give $10 million to Ah Cheng in return for Xiaoya to accompany him on an overseas trip. Ah Cheng is moved by this absurd request. Seeing that her husband doesn't care about her feelings, Xiaoya frustratedly follows Ah Zhi on a trip abroad.
A Trip With Your Wife is rated PG13 for some coarse language.
