Ever since they opened up shop in Singapore, Ippudo has been drawing crowds for its ramen, in particular its creamy tonkotsu broth, though they do serve other types of ramen too.
It's been 11 years since their first Singapore outlet and to mark this occasion, they have teamed up with local celebrity Li Nanxing to create a special ramen dish — dried scallop hae bee hiam ramen. It's a Singapore exclusive that will be sold only from Dec 17 to 23, at the Mandarin Gallery, Star Vista and Guoco Tower branches. Each bowl goes for $25++.
